Transbest will no longer accept items that are improperly packed, such as those in paper bags, or packages without a valid shipping label. Any items sent to our U.S. facility in paper bags will be automatically disposed of. This policy ensures the safe handling and transport of packages while maintaining compliance with CBSA regulations.

Additionally, misdeclaration or inaccuracies in item descriptions or declared values will result in a $300 penalty and the permanent suspension of your account.
